Auto Insurance- If you own a car, auto insurance is not just an option—it is a legal necessity
Auto insurance protects you against financial loss if you have an accident. It is a contract between you and the insurance company. You agree to pay the premium and the insurance company agrees to pay your losses as defined in your policy. Auto insurance provides property, liability and medical coverage:
Property coverage pays for damage to or theft of your car.
Liability coverage pays for your legal responsibility to others for bodily injury or property damage.
Medical coverage pays for the cost of treating injuries, rehabilitation and sometimes lost wages and funeral expenses.
Antique/Classic Collectors-I bet you didn’t know that your older car or truck might be a true Antique Vehicle! Well, if your older vehicle is at least 25 years old, in excellent condition and should increase in value if you could own a real antique vehicle.
SR-22- is a document that is filed by your insurance company to the state's department of motor vehicles. The purpose of a SR-22 is to show your financial responsibility and verify that you have appropriate auto liability insurance. A SR-22 is typically required by the court or mandated by state law in order to reinstate your driver license if your license is suspended due to:
GAP Insurance- When you drive your new car off the lot the value of your vehicle plummets, sometimes as much as 20%-30%. GAP stands for Guaranteed Auto Protection. Most people just use the term GAP to represent the gap in coverage between how much one owes on a car and how much the car is worth.

HOME OWNERS |
Homeowners Insurance is a package policy. This means that it covers both damage to your property and your liability or legal responsibility for any injuries and property damage you or members of your family cause to other people. This includes damage caused by household pets.
Damage caused by most disasters is covered but there are exceptions. The most significant are damage caused by floods, earthquakes and poor maintenance. You must buy two separate policies for flood and earthquake coverage. Maintenance-related problems are the homeowners' responsibility.
Condo and Renters Insurance are similar in coverage.
A form of insurance that covers a policyholder’s belongings against perils such as fire, theft, windstorm, hail, explosion, vandalism, riots and others. It provides personal liability coverage for damage the policyholder or dependents cause to third parties. It also provides additional living expenses, known as loss-of-use coverage, if a policyholder must move while his or her dwelling is repaired. It also can include coverage for property improvements. Possessions can be covered for their replacement cost or the actual cash value that includes depreciation.
Inland Marine-Provides coverage for specialty items you own but may be limited under the homeowners or Condo and renters policies.
Umbrella-A personal umbrella insurance policy offers an extra layer of protection for your assets if there's a serious auto accident or accident at your premise you are occupying. Underlying Auto and Home, Condo and Renters policy may be required by the carrier who write the Personal Umbrella.

| LIFE & HEALTH |
When you buy life insurance, you want coverage that fits your needs.
First, decide how much you need - and for how long - and what you can afford to pay. Keep in mind the major reason you buy life insurance is to cover the financial effects of unexpected or untimely death. Life insurance can also be one of many ways you plan for the future.
Next, learn what kinds of policies will meet your needs and pick the one that best suits you.
Then, choose the combination of policy premium and benefits that emphasizes protection in case of early death, or benefits in case of long life, or a combination of both.
We offer the following forms of Life Insurance Policies
- Term Insurance covers you for a term of one or more years. It pays a death benefit only if you die in that term. Term insurance generally offers the largest insurance protection for your premium dollar. It generally does not build up cash value.
- Whole Life Insurance covers you for as long as you live if your premiums are paid. You generally pay the same amount in premiums for as long as you live.
- Guaranteed Issue Life Insurance This application has no medical exam and has limited underwriting. Except for accidental death the death benefit is reduced in the first two years to only premiums paid plus 7% interest on an annualized basis.
- Universal Life Insurance is a kind of flexible policy that lets you vary your premium payments. You can also adjust the face amount of your coverage. Increases may require proof that you qualify for the new death benefit.
- Fixed Annuities-A fixed annuity can help prepare for retirement, live confidently in retirement, and protect their assets.

- Disability Insurance- Disability insurance can replace a portion or all of your income if you become disabled and cannot perform your job. Short term and long terms plans are available.
Long Term Care Insurance-Long term care can mean many different things but any chronic or disabling condition that requires nursing care or constant supervision can bring on the need for long term care services. Long term care means not only care in a nursing home, it can also mean nursing care in your own home and help with the activities of daily living, such as dressing, eating, bathing and taking medicine. |
